weg - the trinational festival of walking

The three-day festival included promenadological interventions, lectures, and performances by international and local experts and artists, and provided opportunities to test and discuss the potential applications of walking as a method to explore and communicate space.

The festival was held from 9–11 May 2014 and took place in the border region between France, Germany and Switzerland. It provided fresh inspiration, enabled those interested in exploring the concept of space to network with one another and made the topic accessible to a wider audience.
