Students will

- identify and incorporate theoretical inputs in applied case scenarios

- explain theoretical models and frameworks on design science research methodology as well as implications for organisations, business and management

- can verbally inform a target group on design science research, empirical and practice-based research methods and their research process for the cases that they worked on

- demonstrate an understanding of design science research and empirical research methods.

- design a research strategy for conducting their own qualitative and/or quantitative empirical research through evidence-based research methods.

- identify business challenges and validate a hypothesis systematically

- demonstrate creative and managerial skills in creating solution-oriented interventions beyond their own disciplines.

- connect theory and application through working with business cases

- generate knowledge that is useful and novel for science and business through dynamic changes required throughout the project.
