Art, culture and creativity at the Dreispitz: On 17 June 2026, the ‘Art@Dreispitz’ programme will present exhibitions, performances, music and open studios around the Freilager-Platz in Münchenstein/Basel – running alongside Art Basel 2026.
On Wednesday, 17 June 2026, from 4 pm – during Art Basel 2026 – ‘Art@Dreispitz’, a joint programme organised by Atelier Mondial, HEK (House of Electronic Arts), Kunsthaus Baselland and HGK Basel, will take place around Freilager-Platz in Münchenstein/Basel, offering a wealth of art, culture and creativity.
The “Art@Dreispitz” programme includes exhibitions, performances, music, installations and open studios, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience the vibrant diversity of artistic practices around Freilager-Platz on the Dreispitz site.
Alongside contributions from Atelier Mondial, the HEK and Kunsthaus Baselland, ‘Art@Dreispitz’ presents the exhibition ‘The Wound is Our Place’ by Delek Winchester, Artist in Residence in the “HGK Basel @ Atelier Mondial” residency programme, in the “der Tank” exhibition space at HGK Basel, as well as the performance “Geup-Sik” (Given to Eat) by Rondi Park, an alumna of the Master’s programme in Fine Arts at IAGN, at CIVIC, the educational and experimental space at HGK Basel.
