  • Since 2004 Lecturer for Human Resource Management at the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organisation, FHNW School of Business in Olten (70% - 80%) - Main focus: Strategic and lifecycle-oriented personnel development, self-management skills (at organisational, team and individual level), leadership development

  • Also self-employed in the areas of coaching, consulting and training - specialising in Stress management & burnout prevention, work organisation & focus, position assessment & life design, well-being in organisations, positive leadership

  • Many years of experience in personnel development and leadership training: Swiss Bank Corporation in Basel, Warburg Dillon Read in London, UBS AG in Zurich: trainer and consultant in the area of training & management development, head of the ‘HR Development Tools & Career Planning’ section, head of the ‘HR Management & Leadership Development’ section

  • Dissertation on the topic of ‘Lifecycle-orientated personnel development’

Moderne Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung

Organisationen stehen vor tiefgreifenden Veränderungen: Neue Arbeitsformen, technologische Entwicklungen und steigende Anforderungen an Anpassungsfähigkeit und Resilienz erfordern innovative Ansätze. Der CAS vermittelt ein integriertes Verständnis dafür, wie die Entwicklung von Menschen, Organisationen und Zusammenarbeit zukunftsfähig gestaltet werden kann. Sie lernen moderne Konzepte, Modelle und Instrumente kennen, um Entwicklungs- und Transformationsprozesse professionell zu initiieren, zu begleiten und strategisch zu verankern. Sie schliessen wahlweise mit einem Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) und 15 ECTS-Kreditpunkten ab oder buchen den Kurs modular als Fachkurs.
