At a glance

  • Systemic: Understand your solo company or start-up as a living system and plan it that way from the start.
  • Resilient: Individual, team and organizational resilience as the foundation for long-term effectiveness development.
  • Future-proof: business model for long-term success.

    Aims and benefits

Participants understand the principles of living systems and can apply them to their business development. They learn to adapt their business model to regenerative principles and how to communicate this unique selling proposition (USP). They develop a resilience mindset for themselves as founders and for their teams, and understand the fundamentals of internal and external resilience. They can design corporate culture, decision-making structures, and work processes in such a way that health, effectiveness, and vitality are promoted in the long term and lead to success.

    Target audience

Founders and early-stage startups who want to build their businesses on a regenerative foundation from the very beginning, rather than having to make adjustments during a crisis. This course is suitable for anyone who wants to understand why culture, mindset, and resilience are not just soft skills, but the foundation for long-term entrepreneurial effectiveness and success.

No prior knowledge of organizational development is required.
