Aims and benefits
Develop advanced knowledge of digital fashion and 3D workflows, and understanding of their role in contemporary design practice. Apply technical and experimental methods in garment creation and simulation. Make informed design judgments integrating sustainability craftsmanship and innovation. Communicate concepts clearly within digital fashion contexts. Strengthen learning skills for independent, future-oriented practice in evolving professional environments.
Target audience
Structured as an intensive, practice-based programme combining short inputs, guided exercises, and open-ended design challenges. Participants explore digital garment creation, simulation, and technical workflows through software tools (CLO3D). The programme integrates experimentation, iteration, and critical reflection, supported by peer exchange and feedback. Focus areas include sustainable design thinking, digital prototyping, materiality, visualisation and communication within contemporary fashion practice.
