Temporary library closure in August
This summer, part of the carpet at the Campus Muttenz library will be replaced.
For this reason, the library will be temporarily closed from the 6th to 23rd of August 2026. Access to the premises using the FH Card will also not be available during this period.
The library team will remain available via email and will provide services on request.
Items can be returned during the closure via the book return box on the 3rd floor North or at other locations. The courier service will not be available during this period.
We thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The FHNW Library Muttenz is a public university library. It offers a broad range of printed and electronic media for the fields of Architecture, Construction & Gemoatics, Life Sciences, Education and Social Work as well as space for learning, working and researching. Its services are aimed at members of FHNW, teachers from the region and interested members of the public. Use of the library is free of charge.
To facilitate navigation around the library we offer the mapongo room information system.
