MOM refers to the Employee Participation Organisation of the FHNW.
The Employee Participation Organisation represents all employees, except directors: professors within the University, academic support staff, the equal opportunities officer as a general member of staff, the IT specialist or controller in general services, cafeteria employees, the education secretary in administration, the caretaker and cleaning staff working in technical services.
