The Appeals Commission deployed by the four cantonal governments rules on appeals against rulings by the FHNW.
Appeals procedure
Individuals can file a complaint against decisions of the FHNW or one of its bodies. Appeals at the FHNW appeals commission can only be filed after all internal procedures have been completed and a final decision has been issued by the FHNW.
Appeals have to be filed no later than 30 days after having received the written decision by the FHNW body.
Appeals need to be filed in written form in German and must include a petition and a justification.
