The aim of this module is to deepen the current understanding of international negotiations through the application of a multi-lens approach in which selected theories and models are applied to specific cases to gain richer insight into negotiations and the associated fields of cross-cultural communications and conflict resolution. This module builds upon previous cross-cultural and communications classes and introduces concepts of conflict and conflict management.
