Life Domain Balance

Reconciling work and private life in a way that promotes health and motivation

It is not always easy to reconcile work-, family- and leisure-related responsibilities. This can lead to conflicts between life domains, which has a negative impact on health. Above all, however, it is enriching to be engaged in different life domains. Synergies are created, such as a skills transfers and positive mood transfers, and relaxation is promoted, which in turn has a positive impact on health. The interplay of life domains is key to our well-being. We are working on how to achieve a balance between life domains that promotes health and motivation.
